Key Responsibilities:

• Visit vendors to track the progress of orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Collect parts and materials from vendors as required.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the production facility on time.
• Maintain accurate records of parts collected, delivery timelines, and vendor interactions.
• Coordinate with the procurement and stores teams to update on material statuses.
• Identify and escalate potential delays or issues to the procurement team.
• Assist in inventory checks and ensure materials meet quality standards during collection.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
