HMW 150

Description

We’re really pleased to be the front runners in manufacturing hub motor winding machine,
the HMW 300, for two-wheeled vehicles. The standard sizes of hub motor stators are
supported by this machine.

Specifications:

• Supports stator stacks of up to 300 millimetres in height
• In order to speed up the cycle and increase safety, we use an automatic core
  indexing system, wire grasp, and wire cut.
• Depending on the wire's cross section, the machine may wind anywhere from one to
  twenty-four strands.
• Tension is modulated using an electromagnetic braking system. Programmable wire
  tension through PLC allows for altering the wire tension at various stages of the
  winding process, leading to improved winding and greater versatility in wire routing.
