Description
A versatile needle winding machine for 2 & 3 wheeler traction motor and drone motor coils, featuring 5 winding and 4 routing axes, ideal for handeling multiple wires & high fill-factor designs.
Specifications:
- Single station needle type winding head which is designed for
handling multi-strand wire winding. - Nozzle tilting functionality with servo controlled nozzle actuation allows inter/intra
phase wire routing. - Automatic wire grip and cut through pneumatically actuated mechanisms eliminates operator
interventions. - 9 servo controlled axes work in tandem to achieve the requisite movements required for winding
multi-pole internal stator winding with multi-strand wire and high slot fill-factor. - Sturdy welding structure and cast iron base plate gives the machine base appropriate mass to
dampen the vibrations and support the functional parts of the machine.
