Description
Stator winding machinery intended for use with motorcycle magneto coils may also be used
to wind the BLDC stators used in large-sized drone motors, electric bicycle hub motors, and
other applications. We have been designing winding machines for over 15 years, so we
know what works for both single- and two-station machines.
Specifications:
- Accurate placement while winding is enabled by an AC servo motor's automatic core
indexing. - Winding efficiency, uniformity, and safety may all be improved with the help of
automatic tap pulling and end termination. - The winding head, core indexer, and traversal may all be controlled by a computer
numerically to efficiently accomplish even the most intricate wire routing designs. - Better winding quality and more flexible routing may be attained with the help of a
programmable PLC-controlled wire tensioner (through an electromagnetic brake)
that allows for variable tension control at various winding stages.
